ftw Shipping & Returns policy

general Return Guidelines

At Fashioned to Win (FTW), we want you to feel confident in every purchase. To ensure a smooth and fair process, please review the following return eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized items (including printing, embroidery, silkscreening, or added emblems) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made by FTW (e.g., incorrect print, wrong size shipped).

  • Because custom items are made specifically to your specifications, they cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

return Time Frame

  • All return requests or claims must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

how to initiate a return

To begin the return or claim process:

  1. Email our support team at info@ftwshop.com.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item and any defects, damages, or errors

  3. FTW will review your request and issue an approval or denial within 2 business days.

shipping returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where FTW is at fault (manufacturing defects, fulfillment errors, damaged goods).

  • If FTW is responsible, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FTW is not responsible for lost return packages.

refunds & exchanges

  • Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item, typically within 2–10 business days.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

    • Exchanges may be offered for items of equal value; however, customized items cannot be exchanged unless due to FTW’s error.

  • A restocking fee (e.g., 15%) may apply to certain non-custom items at FTW’s discretion.

order cancellations

  • Orders can often be canceled within 30 minutes of placement, as long as production has not started.

  • Once materials are purchased or production begins—especially for custom orders—cancellations are no longer possible.

exceptions & special cases

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • FTW will replace or refund items that arrive with:

  • Manufacturing defects (holes, misaligned or uneven printing, etc.)

  • Shipping-related damage

  • Fulfillment errors (incorrect size, item, color, or customization)

  • Please report issues promptly and include photo evidence for review.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale and promotional custom items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
